Assumption of Risk

I understand that I am entering private property owned and operated by Plugged In Creative, LLC d/b/a The Stables at Oak Hill.

I acknowledge that the property includes rural, agricultural, and equestrian-related features and may contain:

• Horses and livestock

• Fencing and gates

• Uneven terrain

• Gravel roads and pathways

• Mud and slippery surfaces

• Agricultural equipment

• Wildlife and insects

• Natural hazards

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with being present on the property.

Release of Liability

In consideration for being permitted to enter and use the property, I release and hold harmless Plugged In Creative, LLC d/b/a The Stables at Oak Hill, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from any claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from my presence on the property, including personal injury, illness, property damage, or death, except where prohibited by law.*

Minors

I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of any minor participant listed below and have authority to sign this waiver on their behalf.

Medical Treatment

In the event of an emergency, I authorize emergency medical treatment as deemed necessary and understand that I am responsible for all associated costs.*

Photography Session Acknowledgment

I understand that Plugged In Creative, LLC d/b/a The Stables at Oak Hill is providing the location only and is not responsible for the actions, services, conduct, or performance of the photographer.*

Governing Law

I undestand and acknowledge that this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.*
